Dr Mark Dalton
“Hi, I’m Dr Mark, Chiropractor and Wellness educator. I’ve been involved with Chiropractic and the health industry for over 20 years. I first got involved in chiropractic when I was helped as a 14-year-old with an athletics injury. As a young boy, I wanted to become a sports physician, but my chiropractor explained the preventative benefits of chiropractic care and the rest is history. I believe that regular chiropractic care is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle along with healthy movement, food and mindset.
After completing a Bachelor of Science degree at Sydney University and Masters in Chiropractic at Macquarie University, I started practice as an associate in Chatswood. At the end of 1998 I joined another practice in Asquith. At this practice I joined forces with my mentor and later I bought the practice from him in 2002.
I am passionate about our local community, I was born at Hornsby Hospital and I grew up in the Hornsby Shire. I have always been interested in providing safe, gentle and effective chiropractic care to people of all ages. I run regular wellness workshops to teach people how to get well, but most importantly how to stay well.
I am a member of the Chiropractor’s Association of Australia and The Australian Spinal Research Foundation. I have previously served on the board of directors of The Chiropractors Association of Australia (NSW) branch.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you soon.” - Dr Mark

“Hi, I’m Paul,
I am a teacher of Mind Body Medicine and Kinesiology at The College of Complimentary Medicine and work in private practice.
I was drawn to working within complementary medicine as the profession helped me personally. After seeking help for the chronic weekly headaches I was suffering, a doctor told me there was nothing physically wrong. Knowing this wasn’t the case I went on to explore many alternative therapies and through my journey I not only found the answer to my headaches but also developed the skills that would change my life. I decided I wanted to share the knowledge and experience I had gained with others, guiding them to also reach their true potential.

“Hi, I am David
I run an Integrative Complementary Medicine Centre and I work collaboratively to provide services and a clinic that offer a holistic, well rounded approach to health & wellness, my passion is to help people feel self-empowered to live full, healthy and joyous lives. My approach to health and wellness offers solutions that embrace both the physical body and the mind, providing a unique and complete approach to individual's health care needs.
My sessions are 1-2 hours duration, depending on the condition and the age of the client. Treatments are gentle and relaxing. I believe that chronic disease represents a breakdown of the body’s capacity to heal itself, and that this breakdown is usually driven by our lifestyle and psychological stress. By mapping out the underlying physiology and psychology of the disease or condition, we can understand how these factors are impinging their health.
